1. Returns Eligibility
– Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged or defective.
– To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• The request must be raised within 3–4 days from the date of delivery.
• An unboxing video clearly showing the damage/defect is mandatory. Without the video proof, the return request will not be processed.

2. Share the order details, unboxing video, and clear images of the damaged product.
3. Once verified, we will confirm the return request and provide instructions for shipping the product back.
4. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoices (if applicable).
3. Refund Policy
– Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
– If the claim is approved, the refund will be initiated within 7–10 working days.
– Refunds will be credited to the bank account or payment method provided by the customer.
– Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
– Products without an unboxing video proof.
– Products damaged due to customer mishandling, misuse, or improper installation.
– Customized or personalized items (if applicable).
